Due to recent state regulations, sales tax is required for orders shipping to several states in the US. If required by state nexus laws, we reserve the right to charge sales tax in all 50 states.
Returns for throtl Branded Merchandise (Hats, t-shirts, stickers, etc)
All sales on throtl manufactured and Branded items are final.
Orders cannot be changed after being placed.
Returns for Parts (Performance parts, OEM replacement parts, etc)
Please read the following information carefully. After you have read the policy below, click this link to start the return process.
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned sealed in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Special order and made to order items are NON-REFUNDABLE, including scratch and dent items.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Opting for store credit, or an exchange will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org during business hours to change your order. If you've financed your order through Affirm or Sezzle, items can be exchanged but not canceled. Please contact us for more information.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, throtl Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. throtl Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, throtl Inc shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. throtl Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. throtl Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Any customer information including any email addresses received by throtl Inc will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, throtl Inc may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from throtl Inc, then you may send an email to email@example.com with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.
