How often can a company claim to be "The Original" and, better yet, substantiate that claim? Flashback to the brand's earliest days in 1967, in a meager garage shop in Portland, Oregon, Jerry Logan sought to solve a real-world problem for off-roaders everywhere. With no real solution readily available, Jerry, an off-road enthusiast himself, set out to develop a simple, bolt-on fix. From this most authentic of grass-roots efforts, the ORIGINAL fender flare was born and, in so doing, Bushwacker's name became synonymous with the product it had pioneered.
