Building a Rear Wheel Drive, K20 Turbocharged Honda Civic EK Hatchback - Reassembly Part 9

It's been a while since we've been able to work on the FREK, but now that the Eclipse is complete, we are able to start working on the Civic again.

Mickey starts off today's vlog by fabricating some custom subframe supports for the front subframe. Next, Rickie throws a fresh coat of paint and clear coat on the Civic's turbo housing. While Rickie gets that done, Quinn works on routing and tucking the wiring harness for the cooling fans. Next, Rickie installs an HVAC system into the car so that the interior has climate control.

The next day, Rickie routes and installs the air conditioning lines. Then, the boys install the rear axles and other driveline components. Finally, the boys finish the vlog by installing a custom floor plate in the interior. Check it out for yourself in the video below!

We hope you enjoy the long episode of Honda Civic content, as we're super stoked to be working on it again.
