This Tuned Eclipse GSX WILL be in The Meguiar’s Booth at SEMA
You read that right! Our 1998 Mitusbishi Eclipse GSX is going to be at SEMA 2021! We have roughly 8 weeks to transform this ride and get it prepared for the Meguiars booth.
Some of you may remember the last episode of throtl where we dropped the Mistubishi GSX off at SOS Customz. Well, now the car is back with a fresh coat of paint and it looks amazing! We cannot wait to begin installing GSX modifications on the car.
In today's episode of throtl, Mickey and Rickie give you a full walkaround of the current status of the 1998 Eclipse GSX along with an overview of all the modifications we are going to do. The idea behind this build is not to build a movie replica, but to make a modern-day version of what the car would look like today.
Quinn already did a full rebuild of the 4G63 engine, replacing the OEM parts with all-new performance parts. Check out the video of the full engine rebuild HERE
The GSX is going to be bonkers when it is complete. We have tons of work to do in a short amount of time, but we cannot wait to see what the final product looks like.
