Many of you know Rickie, one of our main mechanics at throtl. Rickie's son, Anthony, purchased a 1999 Dodge Neon Sport for $400 many years ago. Anthony recently was hired to work at throtl for his first job, and now he is able to modify his first car. In today's episode of throtl, Rickie and Anthony work together to restore the Dodge Neon as a father & son project.
Rickie and Anthony start the restoration by cleaning the interior and exterior, repainting the roof and spoiler, and doing some basic maintenance on the engine. After doing some basic restoration, Rickie and Anthony install new headlights and MST MT11 wheels. After getting the new wheels installed, Andrew from SD Fender Rolling stopped by to help roll the Neon's fenders. Finally, Rickie and Anthony finish the build by installing some new speakers, amplifiers, and a subwoofer. Their reaction to the sound of the new speakers was priceless. Anthony is so stoked with the final product of his Dodge Neon. Check out the transformation video below and see the final product for yourself!
