Modified 2018 Subaru WRX STI vs. 2020 Ford Mustang GT 5.0

 

Have you ever wondered which vehicle would be faster? A modified 2018 Subaru WRX STI or a 2020 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8? Well, today we are putting both those vehicles to the test. As many of you know, we have been modifying our 2018 WRX STI sweepstakes car. We have installed some bolt-on modifications, a flex-fuel kit, and a tune from Delicious tuning. The car is currently making 330 horsepower and 390 ft-lb of torque. Meanwhile, Mickey's 2020 Ford Mustang is bone stock. While the Ford Mustang does have a lot more power sitting at 460 HP, the WRX STI may have a slight advantage from launch with its all-wheel-drive drivetrain.
