Good friends of SuperFly Autos, Kage and Manadu take a trip to the Tokyo Autosalon 2017. Check it out!

Every year in January the best of the custom world in Japan, gather at the Tokyo Autosalon to showcase their latest builds. As we are currently in California, we couldn’t make it out to the event, but our good friends Kage and Manadu from The Kage Blog and KaliforniaLook, were hear to bring you the best of the show.

ACR Performance unveiled their cool V8 Aston Martin project, with styling from the GT3 race car.

RE Amemiya had this epic Mazda RX7 with that deep green paint and 300bhp under the hood.

Pandem-kitted BNR32 GT-R looked fresh with that matt grey outer skin.

Something different with this Nissan Skyline Wagon from R31 House.

Widebody and full of carbon…Lexus LC500 Super GT looked incredible.

Nice to see some classic cars mixed in amongst all the 21st century metal.

The Tomica Tomy Nissan Skyline still looking fresh.

When it comes to widebody Mercedes, Liberty Walk were back again in force.

One of the vehicles that we love to see at the Tokyo Autosalon, as to be of the van variety as the one above proves. Each year, you guarantee to see some insane creations with eye-popping paint jobs, customisations and slammed to the ground. Looking at the front end of this mini van, the owner has grafted a retro Nissan Skyline to it and it seems to work, mixed with the boso style widebody.

Equip 40 had a Triumph TR3 with Kei Miura wide fenders, adding a modern twist to a timeless classic.

Spectra Chrome Japan with Showup Shift had this slick looking Pancross Porsche on their stand. From what we have seen, the show was another success with some interesting projects, although we feel that the previous years, there were more larger projects.
