Retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspector. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, as this may void your right to make a damage claim. A signed receipt without notation indemnifies the carrier and Seibon from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the customer’s responsibility. All damages must be reported to the carrier and Seibon within 24 hours.
