If, for any reason, you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to help you. We allow exchanges for the same items only. To start an exchange, please contact our dedicated merch team at gear@throtl.com within seven days of receiving your shipment.

 Just so you know, items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and received by our team within 7 days of the return authorization. An exchange will require the customer to provide payment for shipping the exchanged product back.

 Unfortunately, we cannot refund returned items, and customers are responsible for the exchange shipping cost. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please remember that items may not be returned or exchanged in person at the throtl San Diego location, The Hoonigan Store, Tire Slayer Studios, or Events.

 If there is a defect with your item, we will fully exchange it and cover the cost of return shipping.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after submission. However, if your order has yet to ship within 14 days, you can request a cancellation from our customer service team.
