An Order Modification Request (OMR) is a convenient way for customers to change an existing order after it has been placed. This process lets you update shipping information, product quantities, or other order-specific adjustments. By submitting an OMR, we can ensure your request is handled efficiently and accurately, helping us provide the best possible service and experience for your needs.


Disclaimer: Submitting an OMR doesn't guarantee that we'll be able to approve your request, but please know we'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you. However, certain limitations may lead to a denial of the request.

Order Modification Requests are processed manually by our team of dedicated specialists twice a day—at the beginning and end of each business day. Please note that response times may be impacted during holidays or periods of increased volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to address your request as quickly as possible.

If you cancel or return an order, it will become ineligible towards the current sweepstakes. All entries will be forfeited unless the order is exchanged for product or store credit.

Apparel & Accessories:
Considered products include, but are not limited to, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, mugs, and stickers.

We use print-on-demand services for apparel and select accessories to promote sustainability by reducing waste. Because each item is custom-made just for you, Order Modification Requests must be submitted within 1 business day of the purchase date. If you submit a request after this timeframe, it will automatically be denied. Additionally, all sales are final once your order has shipped, including the label created, unless an item is received damaged or defective, at our discretion.

Digital Downloads:
Considered products include, but are not limited to, desktop wallpapers, phone wallpapers, and more.

A digital download is receiving digital content online rather than purchasing a physical copy. This method lets you access your purchase immediately without waiting for shipping or handling. All sales are final and non-refundable. If you entered the wrong email address, we'd be happy to update it and send a new copy to that address.

Automotive Parts & Accessories:
Considered products include, but are not limited to, exhaust systems, air induction, fuel delivery, cooling components, wheels, lighting, and more.

Special Order |  Pre-Order Available |  Ships from Manufacturer items require a non-refundable 5% deposit. If a refund is to be offered in resolution to a return or cancellation, you will receive 95% of the order total, including any additional incurred costs where applicable.

Instead, you will be offered the option to exchange the product for an alternative or receive store credit as a digital gift card that can be used towards a new order.

Cancellations:
You may request a cancellation for an unfulfilled order or line item, provided the product has not yet been processed for shipment. In-stock items shipping directly from our warehouses are typically processed the same day. If your order has already shipped, including if a shipping label has been created, we regret that we cannot accommodate your cancellation request, and it will be denied.

Ineligible Products:
     1. is listed as "special order"
     2. is listed as "open box"
     3. is listed as "limited edition"
     4. is a digital download 
     5. is a product or order shipped, including a label created
     6. is a product that is custom built or made to order, e.g., suspension or wheels
     7. is an apparel or accessory item older than 1 business day
     8. is extend shipping protection or product warranty protection

Returns:
You may request a return for a fulfilled order or line item, provided the product is returned in new, unused, and sellable condition, including all original packing contents. If this return request is submitted falsely, and the product is returned showing signs of installation or damage not previously disclosed, we reserve the right to deny the return. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional costs, including shipping.

We recommend test-fitting wheels on your vehicle before mounting and balancing. Please refrain from applying weights or mounting tires, as doing so will result in denying any return requests due to installation. If the incorrect size is ordered, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including restocking fees and return shipping.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order or line item's delivery date. Any requests made after this 30-day period will be automatically denied.

     4. is a digital download 
     5. is a product that is custom built or made to order, e.g., suspension or wheels
     6. is extend shipping protection or product warranty protection

     8. has been installed or attempted installation
     9. has been discontinued or is no longer available for purchase

Please do not ship the product to our business address unless instructed by one of our specialists. All returns must be sent to the original shipping address. If your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address along with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping without prior approval may result in unnecessary costs, which you will be responsible for.
